6 “Walter Roy Blanton

  1. I knew Walter from being Postmaster at Delia, Kansas for many years. He brought me flowers on my birthday and always sent a card and for Christmas, as I did him. He was so thoughtful to everyone. I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Walter was a friend to all who knew him and loved him. He also brought the bundle of Topeka Daily Capitals to Delia for my Daddy to throw to the town’s people and when Daddy went to the Nursing Home, he took the papers to my Mama’s house and she took them around. He was a wonderful friend and will be sadly missed.

  2. We were good friends with Walt when he worked in Circleville at the Post Office and also at the Farmers State Bank. He also helped us. We enjoyed his friendship and humor. ..and saw him several times after he retired and lived in Onaga. We are sorry for your loss and plan to be at the”gathering ” on Sat. Sept.19th
